I like to think of what Cristian offers to the world of fitness as a pillar, the most important part of my training personally. Being able to move is vital in terms of the the well-being of ones life. In the spring of 2017 when I met Cristian at Onnit my mind was somewhat disconnected from my body, and now looking back on it, this was holding me back from not only my potential as an athlete, but my potential as a human. He introduced me to the importance of slow, mindful movement. Also the importance of syncing the breath and movement together. Being aware of ones body through the mind would also put me in a meditative state. He also introduced me to the importance of nutrition. A very crucial thing he taught me was knowing when to push your body, when to rest and when to actively recover. He is very creative in his approach and a unique philosophy to training and fitness.Since meeting c in 2017, we have become good friends, one thing I truly admire is that he practices what he preaches.
All this being said, he cares about the development of people. Regardless if you are a professional athlete or a mother, he is devoted to your needs.
